This work is for people who feel they have tried everything and yet still feel they have not actualized real change. They experience frustration, stress, bewilderment, polarized emotional reactions, trauma, energetic interference, and much more...

We are all subject to a barrage of influences - on many levels. Our attitude toward any given situation determines the outcome of our personal state. We are responsible for our thoughts and our emotions. If our approach is correct, we are balanced - in alignment with our purpose, are aware of the thoughts that evoke our feelings, and we choose how to respond in accordance with the highest version of our current life blueprint. 

In this approach, we will explore mental re-patterning, themes and constructs, old belief systems, and programming,  As well, we'll look at clearing emotional and energetic interference, shadow work, and behaviors driven by the sub conscious. Additionally, we'll utilize techniques to shift perceptions of experience, and memory through investigation and practice of various modalities.
 

The focus is on getting to know hidden aspects of self, staying present and becoming comfortable with the unknown. We'll aim to shine light on internal aspects that are not currently exposed. I utilize a lateral, interactive approach that includes suggestions of how to practice on your own. Just wait until you shift into real change, and truly become the incredible, brilliant person that you (already) are!

I also incorporate Mayan Birth Chart Readings. This offers an expanded and inclusive way to know your strengths and your challenges. More importantly, you will discover HOW to practice and apply the knowledge. The chart can be worked with deeply, with continual development, to support internal work, define life purpose, align oneself within and to connect to the external world more harmoniously. 

Mayan glyphs are known as Nawels. The chart contains 9 Nawels, plus an annual holder. They are interconnected and they represent the organic expression of the current day, or one's birth chart.
